The kitchen was completely renovated in 2005 with brand new granite countertops and Bosch range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. The house includes a nice 27 Inch TV with cable, DVD, CD and surround speaker system. You can swim right off your own rocky beach or take a short walk 100 yards down the beach to a sandy beach on Cleaves Cove. In addition, there is a private heated pool right on the ocean, perfect for the early days of the summer in June and September. There is also a beautiful tennis court right on the property by the ocean. You have complete privacy right on the water.
