Located in the heart of Brewster and just a three minute walk (seven lots) to a beautiful Private Association Bay Beach. For a great breakfast, it is less than half mile walk to the Brewster Coffee Shop and The Brewster General Store and Woodshed are both less than a mile away. The house is private and in a wooded setting. It has three bedrooms, sleeps seven, and has all amenities and conveniences to make your stay comfortable and fun. Highlights of the cottage include: brick patio, outdoor shower, deck, large yard, bedroom air conditioners and full basement. The cottage allows you to enjoy the traditions of the simple Cape Cod life (country lane, yard games, walk to beach and town, fun on the flats, relaxation etc.)

Sunset Beach Enjoy the Cape as it has been for many years. Private dirt lanes, woods, and quiet beaches. When the tide rolls out, you can stroll for miles on the flats, sunbathe, play a game of baseball. When the tide rolls in you can enjoy swimming, boating, floating and all kinds of seaside fun. This is a private association beach on the Cape Cod Bay so, you'll never deal with crowds.

Old fashioned vacation Walk or ride with the children up to the Brewster store and pick penny candy from the jars. Sit out on the big benches and enjoy ice cream from the Brewster Scoop, at the lower end of the store. Fly kites, build castles, ride bikes, this is a vacation for relaxation and enjoyment.

Golf Information: Golfing abounds on the Cape. Brewster sports two full-sized courses.
