Villa Mediterranee is a spectacular new villa located in the gated Orient Bay Village, within walking distance of St. Martin's most famous Orient Beach. The villa is perched on a hilltop with a stunning view of the islands of St Barth, Tintamarre and Pinel, and a bird's eye view of Le Village de la Baie Orientale, an oasis of white sand beaches and colorful Caribbean homes. This elegant and luxurious villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with four and a half baths, and can accommodate up to 9 persons (4 king-sized beds and one twin bed, privacy for everyone!) The spacious living and dining rooms are also climate controlled and are exquisitely furnished in imported Teak and Mahogany. The entertainment unit includes a satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player. The immaculate kitchen has a breakfast bar with fabulous marble countertop and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances.
