    We have a 3 night minimum during the Spring & Fall periods.

    Cleaning fee is $100 on all stays of 6 days or less....we DO NOT charge a cleaning fee on bookings of a full week or more.

    We also have info available on local companies for boat rentals, golf and other activities.
  • We are a member of the Tri-County Business District as is required of all vacation rental properties and therefore abide by the mandatory lodging tax rate of 8.475%, which is remitted to the State of Missouri, Camden County, and the Tri-County Business District.

  • * Note: this home has a very special feature with the extra half bathroom. It is located on the 3rd level deck....which allows you access to a bathroom from the private dock or waterfront deck w/gazebo... without having to walk back up the stairs into the house - its so much easier - the builder of this home really had a great idea in the placement of this extra bathroom.

  • * Note: the bedrooms in this home are not the typical smaller bedrooms that are found in so many homes located around the lake; the bedrooms are very spacious. One is spacious enough to allow for two sitting chairs (each with ottomans) and a king bed. The second is large enough for one sitting chair that you can use for dressing or a quiet spot to sit and read away from it all. The third bedroom, which is the smallest of the three, is still 12' X 14'. We have been told by our guests that the preferred bedroom is on the lower level. This level has its own living room with fireplace and wet bar and a full covered deck looking out over the waterfront, a full bathroom, and the largest of the three bedrooms which has the king size bed, and two sitting chairs with ottomans. This large lower bedroom has a lake window & room darkening shades for those who like to sleep in near darkness. It is the only bedroom on this level and offers privacy. Our guests say, 'What a fantastic floor plan!'

SPECIAL FEATURES YOU WILL LIKE !!! The large Private Dock features a swim platform, easy out ladder, dock lockers, jet-ski lift, and a huge 12' X 32' covered boat slip to accommodate any size boat you would normally trailer. The dock would also accommodate two smaller boats with in the large slip. The boat launching ramp is nearby with safe parking for your trailer. There is also a half bath located on the third deck, adjacent to the waterfront deck -- very close so you don't have to trek back up to the house for bathroom needs. The 'home's location is perfect,' we are told by past clients. 'It just doesn't get much better!' The cove is large and quiet, perfect for skiing and centrally located on the lake, easy to get to the 'the special spots' and great for heading to the quiet areas of the lake for family type boating. By land, the home is located halfway between Osage Beach and Camdenton, so you have great accessibility to all the fun activities. You won't spend your time driving in traffic, just having fun.

We have put together a SPECIAL BINDER that contains a guide to the home's special features such as the specific Crappie Bed Locations under our dock, our numerous titles of Video Movies, instructions on operation of the jet ski life and emergency numbers or locations of things we hope you will not need...but will have easy access to...just in case. We also have put together a list of 'OUR FAVORITES'...which has what we consider to be among the best in each category. We list the names, locations & telephone numbers of the preferred 'RESTAURANTS ON THE WATER', the best miniature golf and go-kart tracks for the kids, a complete list of the lake's GOLF COURSES with green fees, and the list just goes on...we have been told this list has provided some excellent fun for all. We also keep a supply of special coupons valid for discounts on many of the activities around the lake.

Golf Information: Wow - lake of the Ozarks is considered one of the golf hot spots in the USA !! You could play a different course every day of the week....for 2 weeks and still not play them all! Several courses are very near.... and once in a while we find ourselve in possession of 'Free passes' which we simply pass on to our guests.
