52 acres on sunny Vermont hillside 14 miles north of Montpelier. Modern house has a great view of a wetlands area and Spruce Mountain. Solar, Hydro & grid powered. Hot tub . Hardwood floors, big kitchen. Spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Stone patio off kitchen. Pond has canoe and launch site. Moose, deer, otter, herons, and geese are common visitors.

We have a quiet rural location in the mountains. Pond for swimming 1 mile down a quiet dirt road. Paddle a canoe into a rich wetland habitat on our property. Many nearby lakes with boat access. Great woods to walk or ride through. Just 4 miles north of Maple Corner-Calais area. Only 14 miles north of the capitol Montpelier. 35 miles to Stowe.
