Sunshine House on the south side of the island sits high on a bluff overlooking Cooper Jack Hill and the crystalline waters of the Caribbean. Other views include the mystical Five Cays and Discovery Bay. Originally, Sunshine House was the home of Sunshine Nursery. This secluded villa sits among beautiful gardens. Enjoy your days lazing around the thirty-five foot pool or under the pergola as you are mesmerized by the Caribbean ocean. The first floor has the living room with a TV, dining area and kitchen with French doors opening to a covered veranda. The veranda leads to a stone patio and on the the pool. For sleeping you have a first floor bedroom with a king-size bed and a TV. On the second floor is the Master bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV, and raised bathtub allowing ocean breezes and views for your enjoyment.
