-Kitchen with all appliances, plates, silverware, etc -The house is non-smoking -Computer with High Speed Internet connection -Firewood provided -36 Inch Sony Digital TV, with Dish TV, DVD, VHS in great room (two other TV's in house) -Rental includes maid service -All linens provided: (sheets, blankets, towells, etc.) -6 person hot tub (with CD stero) -Washer/Dryer -Three full baths with three showers plus 1/2 bath. -Great room has bar that seats 6, plus 4 person sofa, 2 person love seat, char and a half, and table with four chairs. Awesome room for gathering and entertaining. -All renters must sign damage form and give a valid credit card PRIOR to rental.
