Lincoln townhome Rental Property Information

Like new (built 2005) townhouse duplex end unit with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in the Forest Ridge Resort development. Well maintained and very clean. Main level has the master suite and bathroom, extra half bath, kitchen, dining area and living room with cathedral ceilings and wood burning fireplace, laundry is off kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full bath. Mud room room area and bench for putting on/taking off boots, etc. Locked storage for skis/snowboards, etc. There is a wood burning fireplace with wood stored and supplied on the front deck. A slider to a large 26' private deck is off the back. There is a gas grill, table and chairs on deck. Free shuttle service to Loon Mountain which takes only a few minutes during winter months. Wonderful Million dollar clubhouse on-site has indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, workout area and more all a short distance away.

Forest Ridge is less than 1/2 mile to Loon Mountain for skiing, snow boarding and tubing. Free shuttle sevice to the mountain in season. There are many others close by; Cannon, Waterville Valley, Bretton Woods. Other winter activities are close by. You are in the heart of the White Mountains and hiking, kayaking, biking, etc. in the other seasons. Local attractions include the former site of the Old Man, the Flume Gorge, Lost River, Storyland, Santa's Village, Clark's Trading Post, the Kangamangas Highway and more. There are also many fine restaurants and shopping in the Lincoln/Woodstock area. There is great golf too.
