Gayhead - Aquinnah house Rental Property Information

This well-furnished and architecturally unique two-to-three bedroom house is located on 2.5 secluded acres in Aquinnah. The house has gorgeous 180 degree water views and the private beach is just a two minute walk away on a grassy path. The house has 2 bedrooms on the second floor: The master has a full bed with an adjoining bathroom & shower; the other has twin beds plus an adjoining bathroom. There is also a small office located upstairs between the bedrooms. A television/VCR (good reception but no cable) is in the master bedroom, but can be moved easily. There is also a small library of video tapes, mostly suitable for children. A third bedroom with twin beds is located in what might be called an English Basement. It is above ground on three sides quite large. On the main floor there is a lovely kitchen with lots of light and great views that opens into a small dining area, sitting room and corner study.

Swimming, sunbathing and beachcombing are all within the immediate vicinity via private access to a secluded beach. Of course, the Vineyard is also a wonderful place for cycling, sailing, sightseeing, fine dining, shopping, and all manner of summer activities. A small semi-circular deck is right outside two large sliding glass doors. There is a second large living area with a dining table that seats four, but opens to seat ten. A third bathroom containing a full bath with tub and shower also is located on the main floor. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, electric stove, and efficient gas heater for chilly nights (rarely needed in summer). Because it is a private home and the owners love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with blender, food processor, mixers, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, bread maker and lots of pots and pans .There are lovely dishes as well. The house comes with all linens, towels, table linens and lawn service. There is also a sheltered outdoor shower that overlooks a small garden. Lawn care is provided.
