Tom Nevers house Rental Property Information

This traditional, updated, two-story 'Nantucket upside-down Colonial' offers striking panoramic ocean and sunset views. The home is across the street from the ocean and adjacent to conservation land, with miles of quiet, unpaved paths for you to wander. It is close enough to town to enjoy its many fine shops and restaurants, yet far enough away from this island's busy town to allow for peace and relaxation while enjoying the ocean view or a star-filled sky. Our smoke-free home is also close to 'Sconset' and all of its charms. Dine on the spacious deck and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The house also offers an enclosed outdoor shower and a barbecue grill. The first floor has three bedrooms, full bath with tub and shower, and laundry. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds.

House Description Walk upstairs into the large A-frame open floor plan with updated kitchen (including new range, microwave, and coffeemaker), dining room, living room with a sleep sofa, satellite TV and DVD player, home theater system, and half-bath. There are two sets of linens provided for each bed as well as a full set of towels and beach towels. The yard is very private with naturally landscaped borders. Our home is not far from the bike path from town to Sconset, where you can enjoy biking, jogging, and rollerblading. It is also just a short walk (about 8 minutes) to a new playground or surf casting at the beach.

Catering Option - New for 2008 Catering Available: New in 2008 is an option to order meals professionally prepared for one or more days of your stay and waiting in the freezer for your arrival with identification and heating instructions. Menu will be available, including vegetarian options, in early 2008. Please let us know if you are interested in this option.
