Enjoy the quintessential Cape Cod summer vacation from our cute Chatham home! You can't beat the location! We have 2 spacious bedrooms, family room and den. It has air conditioning, all new paint, new hardwood floors remodeled bathroom, new outdoor shower, new box springs and mattresses. There is a private deck and backyard for BBQs and the kids to play. Our house is 2 blocks from the Chatham A's baseball field and kids playground. The location eliminates the hassle of finding a parking spot and is an easy stroll to all of Chatham's shops, restaurants, Chatham Bandstand and several beaches.
