'On Depot Pond' is located within walking distance of family owned grocery store, liquor store, the Eastham Library, Cape Cod National Seashore Visitors Center and Eastham Windmill, the oldest Windmill on Cape Cod. Music programs at nigh 'on the green' during the summer months. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is 0.3 miles of the house. We are within a 5 minute drive of ocean and bay beaches (Coast Guard & Nauset Light - First Encounter), nature trails, fitness Center, mini-golf, restaurants, movie theater/Drive-In, and Wellfleet Audubon Center. We provide a Sunfish sailboat, four sit on top kayaks and an Old Towne canoe for your pleasure plus 10 multiple sized life vests children through adult sizes. Boating, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, swimming all on-site.

Large 40 x 16 foot pondfront deck with custom Telescope Casual furniture, including loungers, dining table and cocktail tables provides a tremendous outdoor space, perfect for barbecues and relaxing while watching kids play or use our four sit-on-top kayaks, Sunfish sailboat or Olde Towne canoe. Adirondack chairs and tables provided pondfront. The one acre property provides a large, secure play area for children. A great escape from the summer crowds.
