Next summer, spring, or fall, you and your family, possibly with one or two other families, could enjoy this magical vacation location. This Eastham, Massachusetts, residence is one block away from First Encounter Beach. Eastham, a quaint New England township established 350 years ago, is today known as the 'Gateway to the National Seashore.' The National Seashore Visitor's Center, located in Eastham, includes the Cape Cod history museum, as well as information about unspoiled miles of ocean shoreline and acres of beaches. Park Rangers offer guided canoe trips, interpretive walks, and ocean campfires under the stars.

Recent review Well, where do I begin. I truly want to thank you for giving me and my family the opportunity to stay at Cod Peace last week. What a lovely house you have. Everything needed was there. My wife was so excited when she walked through the door. It is by far the best house we have stayed at in our years of vacationing in CC. The beach was soooo convenient and the kids had so much fun. We have all been spoiled for sure.
