Alpine Village has several on site tennis courts, many areas to walk through, and is a safe area for children to ride bikes. There are open areas to play ball, have picnics, or just sit and relax. We are located within walking distance of Clarks Trading Post, several restaurants and shops in North Woodstock, and the Pemi River, where you can swim and go tubing. We are a short drive to the Gondola at Loon Mtn, (explore glacial caves), Cannon Mtn, (swim at Echo Lake), The Flume Gorge, Lost River, Waterville Valley, and many wonderful attractions. There are thre 18 hole golf courses nearby. We are less than one hour from Lake Winnipesauke, North Conway, Story Land, and Santa's Village.

Personal checks are accepted for security deposit only. Money orders for final payment. Rates are per night, two night minimum, subject to 8% room tax. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am. Weekly check-in on Saturday, checkout on Saturday. Weekend check-in on Friday, checkout on Sunday. Rates are subject to change without notice. Renter must be at least 21 years old. 50% deposit required upon booking. Refundable security deposit of $250 is due upon booking. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of your reservation date in order to receive your deposit back, less a $20 processing fee. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made within 14 days of your reservation date. No refunds will be given for early departures.
