Rental property located in North Woodstock, NH, just at the start of the Kancamagus Highway, minutes from Loon Mt. Town house condo, two bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, stone fireplace, and a pull out sofa. There is only basic cable, but there is a DVD Player. The reason for only basic cable is that we wanted our children to be out enjoying everything that the area has to offer, not sitting in front of the TV! Most of N.H.'s best attractions are just minutes away!

Personal checks are accepted for security deposit only. Money orders for final payment. Rates are per night, two night minimum, subject to 8% room tax. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am. Weekly check-in on Saturday, checkout on Saturday. Weekend check-in on Friday, checkout on Sunday. Rates are subject to change without notice. Renter must be at least 21 years old. 50% deposit required upon booking. Refundable security deposit of $250 is due upon booking. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of your reservation date in order to receive your deposit back, less a $20 processing fee. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made within 14 days of your reservation date. No refunds will be given for early departures.
