Unique new high end custom home on 50 private acres. Dead end road location 8 miles from Okemo with 500' private driveway. Nice open view from front porch. Beautiful gourmet kitchen features cherry cabinets, serpentine marble counter tops, butcher block island with sink, a large Sub Zero refrigerator, dual oven Dacor range, microwave oven, toaster oven, food processor, blender, Kitchen Aid dishwasher and beverage cooler. All basic utensils and place settings included with wood fired kiln stoneware from local potter. Large solid oak dining table seats ten. Complimentary fresh garden produce in season for summer and fall renters from our organic vegetable garden. Hardwood cherry floors and oriental carpets throughout and a large great room suitable for dance or music events. Two full baths, one with tub/shower with jacuzzi tub and one with full 6' shower stall. Bedrooms have desks. All rooms have soundproofed walls with heavy solid core doors. Two car heated garage with door openers.

    November deer hunting and Spring turkey hunting special rates. 4 day/night weekend $600. Hunting allowed on property.

    Includes snow plowing, lawn mowing, trash removal, wifi internet access and cleaning services.

    Contractor with plow and sand truck available.

    All short term rentals are subject to Vermont rooms and meals tax of 9%.
    Minimum 50% deposit required. Balance due upon arrival. For all short term rentals include a $100 cleaning fee.
