  • Our Venice Florida beach house rental is located on the island. It is a beautiful Florida vacation rental house and has 5 bedrooms (sleeps 12), 1 office area (sleeps 2), 3 sleeper beds (sleeps 6). Plus, it has a living room with vaulted ceilings and terrazzo tile floors, a family room, a dining room, and an outdoor screened in sitting area (lanai) with a beautiful pool. Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer/dryer plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees and flowers.

    The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom also has a king bed (sleeps 2) and also new furniture. Our third bedroom has 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) that are also brand new dressers. Our fourth bedroom also contains 2 twin beds (sleeps 2). Our fifth bedroom contains 2 twins (sleeps 2). Plus, we have a separate pool house with a little bar, table and chair, and sofa. And, the house has 4 other sleeper beds (sleeps 8)

Your master suite will fit your whole family if traveling with kids or young teens - the space holds a king bed and a queen-sized futon. A large second bedroom has the same configuration - making this home a great choice for lots of families vacationing together. Two queen beds in the third bedroom comfortably fit four more guests and, yes, there’s new furniture, too. Bedrooms four and five? Two twin beds in both - who will room together and enjoy secretive late-night chats? The large office doubles as a sixth bedroom with a queen sleeper bed. Three bathrooms allow even a large group of 16 to get out the door on schedule - when restaurant reservations or a day trip calls. Each bathroom has a standing shower and one has a bathtub - of great use to parents with younger children.

Fenced in back yard, and screened in lanai The living room’s high vaulted ceilings carry fantastic Florida breezes and the terrazzo tile floors - well, they feel pretty great, too. Dark blue micro fiber couches sit prettily next to white wicker rockers and side tables - while the large space means the ambiance stays bright, uncluttered and airy. Coming for the holidays? A fireplace with handsome mantle shelf and available central heating make this property fantastic all year round. Wifi internet is ready and working from the minute you arrive - travelling without this life-line can be so frustrating. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, including a garbage disposal (because kids used to one at home will never learn otherwise). Yellow walls suggest fresh lemonade and fresh muffins as vacation staples - and a breakfast nook with white wicker seating keeps your happy campers close. A brand new dining table in dark wood seats eight on modern chairs with white cushions. We have a wonderful fenced in backyard patio.

2 blocks walk to beach Stroll 15 minutes from the house to sunny Venice Pier or - at night - try great live music at Sharky’s. Google map the property and its surroundings (Villas Drive, Venice, Florida 34285) - this location has it all. Our Venice beach house is also a short 2 block walk to the exclusive Golden Beach in Venice and a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 15 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. It is also a close walk to Venice Florida's dog friendly beach - Brohard Paw Park. Please inquire about this rental. We will provide the address of this rental, to view on Mapquest or Mapblast.

Home has new furniture From home, it’s just three blocks to the beach - grab your banana-seat bike or race there in flip-flops. How many shark’s teeth can you find in the sand? Downtown Venice is nearby, too. Pet owners will love the proximity to nearby Venice dog beach, Brohard Paw Park. Your backyard will never again compare. Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor screened in patio with comfy furniture including a couch and lounge chairs. And, the back yard includes a very cool pool house with a bar, table, chairs and sofa where you can play cards. We also have a washer and dryer and central air conditioning. We also have electric heat for the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines.
