Osage Beach condo Rental Property Information

This condo is located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular Ledges Condominium Complex. There are two swimming pools. One that you can see from the condo balcony and one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view! There is also a sandy beach area with a volleyball pit and a swim platform. We have a covered 10 x 24 boat slip available also. The condo is tastefully decorated, immaculate and has a great view of the lake. This condo has everything you need to feel right at home. You can comfortably sleep 16 people! There are two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a huge loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private full bath and entrance to the patio. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has two full beds and adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the loft has one queen bed, two full beds and two twin-top bunk beds. In the loft, there is also a TV with a VCR and a desk.

There are plenty of board games for family fun! The living room has a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, large 32' TV, VCR and DVD player. There is also a patio with a gas grill and patio furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. It is stocked with all the goodies you'll need including cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, toaster and coffee maker. There is enough room to seat 10 people to eat. There's a large table that seats 6 and a breakfast bar that seats 4. This condo is also equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. All linens are provided. A covered 10x30 boat slip is available for $15 per night.
