This apartment building is located on the boardwalk, 5 blocks east of the Newport pier. After exiting the front door, turn right and in 10 steps you're on the sand. This unit is on ground level but does not have a view of the ocean. There are public tennis courts one block away. Restaurants, stores, movie theaters and a major shopping mall are all within a 10 minute drive. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are 30 minutes away. Our address is 1700 W.
