    Off season is negotiable for long-term rentals.
    Cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund as long as I re-rent for same or more less $100. If I incur a loss it is borne by you 100% up to the full contract price less sec. deposit, to include everything spelled out in signed lease.
  • Long-term and year round renters are welcomed, this complex is comprised of mostly year round residents and you will find Venice is just as much fun in the summer.

Decor The home has underwent a complete rehab., great attention to detail has gone into the decor, the paintings and pottery...........we have a very nice camera but the pictures do not do it justice! The home is outfitted extensively in the kitchen, with additional equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible.........iron, laundry items and so many small details........just come with your clothes and toiletries and everything else is there.
