    Deposit due at the time of booking (1/4 of the rent). Remaining to be paid two weeks prior to arrival. This is a new rental property so until we get burned no security deposit or cleaning fee!

    Saturday through Saturday rentals. Check-in is on Saturday anytime after 4:00pm. Check out is on the following Saturday by 10:30.

Notes:

2 queen beds, 2 full futons, 1 twin futon, 1 twin day bed. The kitchen is full of gadgets: coffee grinder, food processor, electric juicer, mixer, ice bucket, martini shaker, etc.. Also wine glasses, margarita glasses and martini glasses. Some fun fish plates for entertaining guests. We have supplied over 100 DVD and VHS movies for your enjoyment. We have also added for your beach enjoyment several beach umbrellas, beach tent, fishing casting net and lots of sand toys for the little ones. The patio off the back of the house is covered and has lots of garden chairs. There is a swing hanging from our tree in the back yard, if you stretch it out it becomes a hammock. There is lots of shade a great way to spend the afternoon.
