    $175.00 per week extra to heat pool March to December, $250.00 December to March.

    A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.

    'No smoking and no pets.'

    Credit Cards accepted through PayPal, (3% Fee).
