Two strong sofa beds are also available in the large living room. The property is very neat, clean, comfortable and is beautifully decorated. A dining room, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen as well as a front porch and a deck at the rear that leads on to a patio court-yard.

Walking/joging/cycling/roller-blading along the coastal route is quite breath taking with the Varrazano Narrows bridge in the back-ground.
