Tidal waterfront located on the New Meadows River approximately 3-4 miles north of the quaint fishing village of Cundy's Harbor. Quiet location with hammock and lounge and deck chairs. Newly furnished with nice ocean views. Located on a private road. Boat launch ramp for small boat (up to 20'). Close to Maine State Theater at Bowdoin College, BNAS, BIW, L.L Bean Freeport, Historic Bath District. Excellent area for kayaking, canoeing, sailboarding and sailing. Watch local fishermen unload their daily catch from the docks at Cundy's Harbor. The house was designed and equipped for 2 adults.
