| Notes: | The 'Courageous Beach House' has 100 ft deck with ocean views; outdoor shower and a 4 minute access to the beach, which is located 1/2 mile from the public beach and about a 25 minute walk into town. There is a large newly renovated gourmet kitchen with large butcher block island and sink, two dishwashers and beverage center. Travertine 20 ft counter tops and large dining room table are great for entertaining or having coffee in the morning enjoying the ocean views. The ceilings are high with six sliding glass doors and the first floor is wide pine planks. The home provides a great place for large gatherings, yet has many private areas for privacy. |
