Auburn house Rental Property Information
3 bedroom lakefront home, nestled on banks of a 450 acre private reservoir, located in the Sierra Nevada near historic town of Nevada City. Home is comfortable and fully equipped, with a large front deck, and fenced yard. Outdoor pets only are okay with a deposit. Property has its own floating dock and launch ramp access. Aluminum row boat is provided. Enjoy water sports, hiking, fishing, wildlife. The new beautiful Dark Horse Golf Course is just down the street. It was rated by Golf Digest's March 2003 issue as one of the top ten new courses in America. The Ridge and Black Oak golf courses are also nearby.
