Our Townhouse is within a walking distance to all. The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only a one block walk to the east. The hard white sand is ideal for beach combing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddle ball, and 'building castles in the sand.' Our plan was to provide every amenity possible. This exceptional townhome exceeds traditional standards. You'll find stylish, beautifully coordinated, designer furnishings throughout. There are upscale linens and towels in both bedrooms. The two-story townhouse design ensures that there is no one sleeping above you - to guarantee a quiet evening's rest. This is our second villa in this development. The demand was so great for our first villa, we went ahead and renovated a second one. No detail left unattended. We thought a higher quality residence would be more appropriate for such a fantastic location. We pride our properties on being kept meticulously clean – we use our own proprietary cleaners. Pergo Floors, leather furnishings and tiled kitchens and baths help us keep it that way.

Free Bikes Leave your bikes at home, unless you are a road rider. Four Free Adult Bikes; perfect for riding at the beach; for Child Carriers, Tandems, Trikes or Children's Bikes call Island Cruisers and mentioned our name to get their lowest rates at their already low rental rates. Delivery and pick-up is free along with free baskets and locks with all rentals.

Free Tennis Use our on site tennis court - hard court surface; court not available or want to play after dark - just walk, bike or drive to the public tennis center 2 blocks away (4 hard surfaced courts) on Cordillo Parkway and take advantage of free usage of their lighted courts! Also, if you prefer Hatru Tennis Courts, just let us know and we will get you a Pass in Sea Pines and 1 hour per day of free tennis at our Club - the South Beach Racquet Club.

Skiing Information: Fishing Info; No, we don't offer a ski program! But we do offer Fishing Info and we don't have anywhere to put in on our web page. Fresh and Salt Water; Deep Sea; Hilton Head Island is fortunate to be home to the largest and best Cobia Fishing in the World. Also, State Record Tuna was just caught 8 miles off of Hilton Head this Winter! Most importantly, you can park your car and enjoy the 12 miles of hard sand, which is perfect for bicycling or walking. There are also miles and miles of biking and jogging trails. Lagoons, alligators, and island foliage are just a few of the scenic backgrounds for picturesque settings. And don't forget to take advantage of Hilton Head's most prized possession - the beach. All types of restaurants, bars, outlet shopping, boating, miniature golf, and sightseeing are all within a few miles of the resort. Recreational paths connect the whole island, so bring your roller blades and walking shoes. We supply the bikes for free.

The condo was clean, beautifully furnished and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The fact that you allowed us to bring our four-legged friend, made our get away absolutely perfect. John and I usually head to the mountains to escape, but after our wonderful experience in HH (including the condo!); we will be returning next spring.
