Mission Beach / Mission Bay apartment Rental Property Information

Perfect for singles, couples, & small families, this charming guest house apartment with private entrance is located behind the house on Kennebeck Court. Built in the 1930's, it has all the charming touches: crystal door knobs, wood floors, flower boxes, vaulted ceiling. It has just been redecorated and the bedrooms have new carpeting and paint. There is a full kitchen, large living area, 2 bedrooms (queen and twin beds), 1 bath. Climb a ladder to a small sleeping loft (not suitable sleeping for young children.) This charming dollhouse is 6 blocks north of the historic Belmont Park, on quiet, highly desirable court. We are third house from water, exactly 150 feet to the sand of Mission Beach; walk there in 30 seconds. There is a small brick patio with brand new gas BBQ. March 2007 - Brand new premium latex mattresses in both bedrooms! Dec 2007 - interior freshly painted. Please note: No large or loud parties. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under age 25.
