Wake up looking at the surf crashing on the rocks of Andrew's Point! This large, comfortable home offers fabulous ocean views from three sides, and is the perfect place for a family gathering or quiet retreat. Close to all the amenities of Rockport, yet away from the crowds. Enjoy fishing for striped bass and bluefish on the rocks in front of the house, take a walk along Atlantic Path to Halibut Point State Park, watch from the second-floor wrap-around porch as the lobstermen pull traps, then enjoy a feast of the freshest lobsters from the local cooperative, located just a few minutes from the house. The house is your base for explorations of Cape Ann, with beaches, kayaking, whale watching and shopping among the many attractions.

In addition to relaxing on the porch, there are many activities to enjoy in the area at different times of the year. In the fall, enjoy the beautiful foliage and the clear air of Indian Summer. In the winter, avoid the crowds and do all your Christmas shopping in the unique shops and galleries of downtown Rockport. Very relaxing! Andrew's Point is also known as a birder's paradise. Hundreds of Harlequin Ducks winter on the rocks right in front of the house each year. In the summer, you can enjoy the many local beaches, rent a sea kayak, go on a whale watching cruise, fish from the rocks, take a bicycle tour around Cape Ann, visit the fine antique stores in Rockport and Essex, and sample some of the best seafood anywhere in the local restaurants. We provide a vacationer's guide book with updated information about many local activities. We are looking forward to your visit and will do everything possible to make your stay a memorable one.
