Oak Bluffs house Rental Property Information

Keep the car in the driveway and step to all that Oak Bluffs has to offer in this sparkling Victorian home in the heart of the historic Copeland district (just steps to both town and beach). We will let the pictures do the talking, but this house has some features that will be especially attractive for large groups, such as bedrooms that allow for privacy due to access by 3 separate stairways, a well stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 dining tables that seat 16, and a Dell computer with broadband. Beyond that, just about everything you see and touch is new -- the walls, hardwood floors, paint, furniture, beds (Sealy, Sterns and Foster mattresses), and most of the appliances. We supply basketballs and high quality tennis rackets for the courts across the street. We are always making the house better, so feel free to inquire about this year's improvements. For living space, there are three wonderfully detailed living areas (stained glass, wide plank floors, built-ins) to spread out in, amply supplied with books and games, as well as digital cable with movie packages. Step outside and you will find a large, shaded farmers porch with swing, two outdoor showers, gas grill, and a more private sitting area on the side of the house. Cross the street and you have access to tennis/ basketball courts and a playground. The house can't be more than 30 yards from Circuit Ave and the downtown Oak Bluffs shops and restaurants, while the beach is just a few blocks away.
