The house consists of a lovely spacious country kitchen; two dining rooms: one in the sunroom with open views of the ocean a matter of yards away, and one more formal (pictured); a living room with wood-burning fireplace, four bathrooms including a compete renovation of the two main bathrooms featuring large walk-in shower areas, four bedrooms including a huge, completely renovated master bedroom with a walk-in closet; and an office with a Verizon DSL connection.

Entertainment There are three TVs. One in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one in the master bedroom. They are all connected to the DirecTV satellite with DVR satellite boxes for recording and pausing live programming. All premium movie channels are available. In short, the programming plan with DirecTV is the most comprehensive available. Viewed from two electrically powered leather reclining chairs, the TV in the master bedroom is a 48' flat panel HD Samsung. DirecTV has over 100 channels of HD, including many of the premium movie channels such as HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax, and MovieChannel. Both the TV in the living room and master bedroom have Bose speaker systems separately attached. As well as enhancing the TV experience, they are perfect for playing CDs, or one of the many satellite digital music channels on DirecTV.
