    1/2 Deposit due at contracting/ 1/2 plus tax due 30 days prior to 1st day of rental period.
    We ask that you leave our home as you found it. Clean, in good repair and ready for the next guests. For first time guests a Refundable Damage Deposit of $200 will be due with the second payment. Damage Deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of departure minus any necessary charge-backs.

Further Details for the cottage in Maine, USA

See the view of the back beach while preparing dinner in the kitchen! Solsidan has 4 bedrooms, one on the first floor (queen bed), and three on the second floor. The first floor has a bedroom, kitchen, living room with woodstove (wood provided), spacious bathroom (recently redone), laundry space, and glass porch sitting/dining area. There is also an outdoor shower area. One full side of the house overlooking the water is a covered porch, with plenty of room to spread out in the separate dining and sitting areas. The house is fully equipped with bed linens, towels, pots, pans and bakeware, dishes, coffee maker, lobster pot, toaster oven, blender, coffee grinder, charcoal grill, stereo, record and CD player, books, games and wood for the woodstove.
