DVD players on both tv's. Also this year we have added another large deck off the back of the barn with 3 huge sliders. so now you have 2 great waterfront decks. This estate is so big and with so much land right on the waterfront, you could almost get lost in paradise. |

Fishing boat, jet ski boats We supply 3 Kayaks that you are free to use while on your waterfront vacation home. Guest really love to launch their kayaks right from the property. You can tour the harbor or some even fish right off the kayak. If you are looking for something bigger, Fishing boats or jet ski boats, you may rent them, from a boat rental company just down the street for very reasonable rates. I also have a mooring right in front of the house so you can leave right from the property. This is a real treat because you can explore all the secluded beaches in the area, tour the harbor, go fishing, etc.
Just relax on 1000 sq ft waterfront deck Here is where you may spend most of your time on the main deck right off from the kitchen.It has 2 umbrella tables seating for 16 people. This deck also has a large stainless steel Gas Grill also separate propane lobster pot cooker. This is the perfect place to party with friends, sunbathe, or just plain relax.This year we have added another deck off the barn and re shingled the house. The new deck is 30 feet long by 12 feet wide with fantastic waterfront views of the waterfront.This second deck is fantastic because it has tremendous privacy, its a great place to read or chat with friends and family.
3 Living Rooms and 2 flat screen tv's high speed This home is perfect for the extended family. There are 3 large living rooms all nicely furnished. There is also a separate large TV room with 50-inch high definition plasma TV and another flat screen in one of the other living rooms so there is tons of space to relax.Also wireless wifi for your computer or use our high speed dell computer. The home has air conditioning as well
