Ocean and Lighthouse Views!!! Newly and tastefully remodeled and refurbished in 2004 in the Maine cottage style. This immaculate 2 bedroom cottage is in an idyllic quiet setting and has lovely views of the water, Thatcher Island and the lighthouses in an estate like setting. Watch the spectacular sunrises over the ocean on your own patio or dining area. Short walk to several nearby beaches. One mile to historic Rockport center and the commuter train to Boston. Cottage features a wide pine board cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan and vented skylights. Newly white washed and refinished pine walls and floors. New bathroom. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other a twin trundle bed. Careful attention was given to every detail. Pets possible with permission from owner.
