Madaket house Rental Property Information
Our house is about a mile from the Madaket Beach and half a mile from Madaket harbor. It is bright and airy and provides a sense of peace and privacy. There is an ample front lawn and the bike trail is directly across the road. The NRTA stop is about 200 yards away. The house has a large deck at the rear with pleasant views across preserved lands towards Madaket harbor. The front door leads into the kitchen and the main living room. The kitchen area features lovely terracotta tiles and modern appliances. A counter with four bar stools separates the kitchen from the living room. The living room itself has a wonderful wood-lined vaulted ceiling and a large stone fireplace. The living room has a new leather sofa, as well as a built-in bookcase and working area. A sliding door leads onto the deck. The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and seats 6-8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a brand new bathroom.

The laundry area (washer and dryer) is along the corridor that leads to two other bedrooms. One bedroom features two bunk beds - kids love this room. The other bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, two double beds and an en-suite. A stairs near the front door leads to the second floor. This floor has another bathroom as well as a large family room. It has a TV, a sofa-bed and a game table. There are distant views of the water from the window and beautiful sunsets. The house has high speed internet access.
