Hyannis - Hyannisport house Rental Property Information

One week left for summer ...Now taking Sept/Oct requests! Well-appointed and impeccably groomed Hyannis rental perfectly suited for multi-family and/or group vacations. Large backyard is fenced in - great for children - and provides significant privacy. Backyard also has a gigantic outdoor deck with ocean views, as well as a nice patio area with a pergola. Location is second-to-none in the Barnstable area. Veterans Beach & Lewis Bay located across the street with playground for children. Kalmus Beach which is renowned for its wind surfing is a 1/3 of a mile walk from the house. Half a mile walk to Island Ferries & Hyannis Harbor. Three quarters of a mile walk to Main St shops and restaurants. Sleeps 13 - 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, in addition to an outdoor shower.

This house provides immediate access to the beach, as well as shops and restaurants. Across from the house is Veteran's beach. There is a park, swingset, a wiffle-ball field, etc. and a harbor beach beyond. That beach connects to Kalmus Beach which is on the Atlantic - .25 mile walk. Just a short walk down the road from the rental, you can board the Hyline Island Ferries. In that area there is a hotel restaurant and bar that has live music at night; there is a fried seafood restaurant and also a nicer, more formal restaurant. There is also an ice-cream shop where you can watch the ferries come and go. Further up the road from the ferries is Main St. Hyannis: lined with restaurant and shops. The house is also perfectly situated for outdoor activities like biking and jogging.
