Rental Rates for the house in Oahu, Hawaii, USA
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $395-$445/night
- $395/night April 1 - June 14 (Low Season)
$445/night June 15 - August 31 (High Season)
$395/night September 1 - December 20 (Low Season)
$445/night December 21 - March 31 (High Season)
Rates are based on parties of 8 persons or less. Additional persons will be charged $15 per night.
We require a minimum stay of 5 night's.

Local Taxes: 11.92%
Cleaning fee: $200
Damage Deposit: $250 (refundable)
To confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit. All payments are in US funds by either personal check, cashier’s check, money order, credit card, cash or wire transfer. A full refund of the deposit is given if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival (minus $50 administrative fee). Payment is due in full upon arrival.

Activities Golf, polo, horseback riding, biking, hiking (there are many beautiful hikes nearby with spectacular views of the north and west shores of the island); Waimea falls park - 1000's of tropical plants indigenous to Hawaii, cultural traditions; Polynesian cultural center - offers luaus, a nightly show with hula and fire dancers; Heiau - a Hawaiian burial place with spectacular views of Waimea Bay big surf in the winter months between October and March; Waimea Valley Adventures- horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking just to name a few...
