Best of Both Worlds House is directly on Loon Mountain Ski Resort yet high enough it directly borders the National Forest. Highest house off Brookway trail. See lights twinkle below of base and village. Barely see or hear a car drive by. Good chance you'll see a fox or a bear or a deer. Certainly you'll see some skiiers now and again skiing out of bounds in your own back yard and definitely some snow cats grooming out the trails, not to mention the skiiers nearing the end of their runs of Brookway and BearClaw. You will feel you are seeing and experiencing your own private Loon from the inside. Choose to join in the fun or stay home and watch it from above.
