The serene five acre wooded property enjoys 300 feet of rocky beachfront and abuts Acadia National Park and the famous Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse. Westerly views yield spectacular sunsets. A great place to unwind, smell the sea, hear an off shore bell buoy, see a passing Bald Eagle or Harbor Seal, etc.
The tastefully decorated apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and living/dining room overlooking the ocean. Private phone and color satellite TV with VCR, etc.
There is a private entrance and parking in the garage below, which also features a washer/dryer and full-size
refrigerator. No smoking nor pets. Ideal for couples, maximum occupancy 2 persons.
