A screened-in sun porch w/teak deck furniture, books/ videos/DVD's for adults & kids, games, puzzles, ping pong table, Atari Flashback video games (40!), beach toys, boogie boards, and a Wonder Wheeler Deluxe beach cart for getting all that stuff there!
