  • The outside cottage is a cute addition but is unheated and without a bathroom. The majority of our guest find ample space in the main house...The bedroom with the two bunks, pullout, and twin also has the TV. Most kids congregate in that room with the adults usually taking the other two bedrooms....We limit the guests to 10 though there is bedding enough for 12.

Canoe; kayak; boat mooring; portable crib, picnic tables, volleyball, short walking distance to hiking trails, soccer, baseball, and tennis courts. Nearby golf and skiing, snowmobile on lake. Guests may use our windsurfer, firewood. We added a 30x12 sq ft wooden deck with 4 Adirondeck chairs looking out at some beautiful views.

Further Details for the house in Lakes Region, New Hampshire, USA

Our home is in a very comfortable setting with beautiful views, and is ideally situated for day trips to the mountains, the Coast, Portland, North Conway, or the upper North Woods. Many guests explained that they had planned multiple excursions but sometimes just wanted to hang out in Ossipee due to the nice relaxing atmosphere. The off season rental rates make this a great getaway for small groups of friends looking for a more intimate setting then a hotel. Many come to view the White Mountains during the fall foliage, And some guest bring their snowmobiles, skis, or ice fishing gear during the winter. This home can be a great escape for any season.
