Newport apartment Rental Property Information

Amazing ocean views from this 3 bedroom unit located a short walk from Newport's Eastons Beach (First Beach). This home is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a recently renovated beach house. It is clean, bright and comfortable with wood floors, ceiling fans and two full baths. For your convenience, there is a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a deck off the kitchen for morning coffee and evening BBQ. The house is topped off by a large, stunning roof deck. You will not forget this view!! At night, you will hear the crashing of the waves and be cooled by the ocean breezes. The beds are brand new so you will get a great nights sleep. The house is surrounded by beautiful, flowering gardens and there is a large, shared fenced yard which is great for kids. This is a child-friendly home and location. First Beach has a skate board park, playground, carousel, and small aquarium, not to mention lots of sand and waves. The house is located on a quiet residential side steet.
