  • This house can comfortably and suitably accomodate an extended family in style for a wedding weekend; it is perfect if you need a large comfortable location for a retreat, and it is THE place for a superb seaside vacation. Bright and sunny, the main floor has a half bath and the master bedroom has a full ensuite. The second floor offers two full baths and the ground floor has another half bath. There are two outdoor hot and cold showers. Hardwood floors throughout. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room, a gas stove fireplace in the family room and an outdoor firepit in the backyard. Lots of room for family and friends to play games, read, listen to music or watch tv or a dvd. There is a washer and dryer, and too many closets throughout. The kitchen has a big dining table, and a full refridgerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave, with all the equipment you'll ever need. All mattresses are brand new. There are big tvs in the family room and the living rooms.

We provide linens and towels. This service for up to 12 is a relief!. The main floor is wheel chair accessible off the deck but bathrooms are not accessible. Balls are available in the garage for the (private) basketball court. The property is perfect for paintballing but please stay away from the house! You are welcome to use the beach chairs and bicycles. There are 14 addirondack chairs scattered throughout the property. The pond is private and people swim and fish in it (entry is off the floating dock; there is no beachy area). As well, there is a canoe and a kayak for your use. The zip line runs the length of the back lawn and kids play for hours...What else can we say? If its not listed, ask. And if we don't offer it and you want it, let us know and we'll see what we can do to arrange it!

We rent our house through Pine Acres Realty in Chatham on main street. Lisa, Karen and Heather will be happy to assist you. House cleaning upon your departure is required and is included. Pine Acres charges an admin fee per lease of $100. Linens are included and cover bedding and towels.

This house and property are exceptional. We have made every effort to ensure that whatever you need around the house during your vacation, that you will find it provided. We know you will have a great holiday!
