This roomy two-bedroom townhouse has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, grand parlor and spacious bathroom, a rear porch and maple-shaded front garden.

Shopping, restaurants, entertainment and Frenchman Bay are all within walking distance. Acadia National Park, the College of the Atlantic, Jackson Laboratory, and the MDI Bio Lab are all less than a five-minute drive away.
