Our home does NOT abut the noisy Rt. 108.

Three spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor along with a full bath. A fourth small bedroom on the first floor located off the kitchen has a Queen bed, night stand and custom clothes storage. The one car garage, while not available to renters for their vehicles will provide storage for your beach equipment, bikes or kayak. Our beach cart is available for renters to load up beach gear so you can easily walk. House sits on 1/4 acre so there is room for the children to play. Off-street parking for four cars. Tennis courts, basketball court and playground one block away.

Homeowner managed. This house is managed and rented by the homeowner, not a rental agency. All communication is direct with the homeowner. Each spring the house is scrubbed. All furniture is moved all curtains and bedding are aired or laundered as appropriate. We check on the house between renters each Saturday for the benefit of the guest leaving and the one arriving. Yes, we really drive up every Saturday. You will notice the 'personal touches' throughout the entire home. Our home is not appropriate for large gatherings such as family reunions, hosting celebration events or groups of singles and our rental agreement prohibits such use.

International & Long Distance Renter Info. This is a self housekeeping cottage. Most of our renters are local and bring their own linens and towels. We can provide these amenities for international and long distance renters. You will make up your own beds on arrival and remove linens at departure. There is a fee to launder linens. Payment: Payment by bank check in US$ OR for ease of currency conversion, International renters can pay with credit card using PayPal. There is a service fee of 4% to cover the fees PayPal charges us. We will refund the security deposit by PayPal after departure, provided the house is clean with no damage.
