The villa has been renovated w/ new flooring, paint, & window coverings. The first floor & upstairs master suite(king bed, TV w/ a built in VCR/DVD) offer a view of a lagoon & the 18th fairway. The elegant master bath features a separate tub & shower. Relax in the LR on the sofa & love seat or lounge in chair & ottoman, and view TV with expanded channel cable service & a movie DVD/VCR player. Sliding glass doors in the LR & upstairs master bedroom open to private decks overlooking the lagoon & golf course. The queen bedroom has the 3rd color TV. Free cable hi-speed internet access.

Because of the amenities and the fantastic beach, Kiawah Island is the perfect family vacation destination. Weekly summer rentals include Free passes to Splash Zone, Charleston's best water park. Splash Zone is located in James Island Park, just 30 minutes form Kiawah and includes: *200 foot tube slide *200 foot open slide *Caribbean play structure with slides, wheels, and sprays * Hugh recreational pool Be sure to mention Splash Zone when making reservations! Therefore, Summer is the peak season. However, the best time of the year for moderate temps & low humidity are the Fall & Spring seasons which are ideal for sports, esp. golf & tennis, walking on the beach, and enjoying nature.

If Summer heat is not to your liking, then visit the Old South when the low country is at its best...Spring and Fall! The Holloway 4-Star villa and Kiawah Island have it all...a beautiful villa, a pristine 10 mile beach, great sports activities, hiking trails, fabulous dining, and only 35 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Please note: You can find a scenic view villa for less money, but you can not find a better one at any price! You deserve first class! Please check calendar below for availability.
