York house Rental Property Information
This charming home was built in 2001 and is located one mile from the Atlantic Ocean at Long Sands Beach. It has a Cape Cod exterior with the interior primarily on one level that opens to a great room with a wood cathedral ceiling and a loft. An arched window over double French doors lead to a large wraparound mahogany deck, great for relaxing after a fun-filled day at the beach. The kitchen has hickory cabinets with granite counter tops, glass front doors, crown molding, and an eight-foot breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a marble bath, including jacuzzi tub, 4 foot shower with seat and 2nd full bath with laundry. Hardwood floors throughout with walnut borders and custom moldings.

Private but minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of York and other tourist attractions - Water Country, York Wild Animal Kingdom, Kittery outlet shopping, and the seaside villages of Ogunquit and Wells. There's fishing, whale watching, kayaking, and golf available nearby as well as some great restaurants for the ever-so famous Maine lobster. Portsmouth, NH close by.
