There is an extra refrigerator on the lowest level for extra groceries or quick drinks! Wireless Internet access will begin in summer 2009. The beach is wonderful with a nice gradual walk out into the water. Crystal clear waters and lack of weeds make this spot great for swimming!

Area attractions include wine tours, the northeast's biggest newest Bass Pro Shop in Auburn only a few miles away, the Harriet Tubman Home, The Seward House, Women's Rights Museum, and tons of parks and trails with waterfalls to hike. Merry-Go-Round Playhouse a couple miles away gives wonderful performances. The Renaissance Fair which takes place all summer is also fun for both adults and children. On site is a volleyball net, basketball hoop, tree swing, bonfire pit, a nice open grassy lawn for kids to play, a rowboat, dock and swimming of course! There are also two TV's with a DVD player, cable TV, and a piano.

Golf Information: There are at least 5 golf courses within 15 minutes of this home.
