'The Courtyard' is custom built one level private 2500 sq ft home that is built around an open air courtyard/atrium in the center of the home. At night beautiful views of the lights on the Las Vegas Strip and the City. During the day a beautiful view of the mountains ranges around us. A unique design, with an eclectic Southwestern / Mexican motif. Lots of Spanish wrought-iron decorate the windows, doors and inside the home. It is an unusual desert home, one of a kind. Lots of return guests! The location of our vacation home is southeast of Las Vegas and across the street from a semi-private golf course. It is in a safe, quiet residential area with lots of parking and minutes to everything! The home is single level, 3 or 4 Bedrooms (Fourth Bedroom is the Den), 2 full baths and 2 half baths that sleeps 8 comfortably. Great kitchen that 'Foodies' will Love!

Pool & Spa The home has a sparkling private pool in the back yard, which is perfect for swimming in May through September. If needed October through April it could be prearranged to be heated and ready for you to use for an extra charge per day. Included are Beach Towels for the Pool and Spa. The spa/hot tub can be heated by the guests and is already included in the rate. Lots of privacy in the home and in the backyard by the pool. No Homes built over look down into the back yard.

Pet Friendly A pet-friendly home which features a convenient 'large doggy door', that leads out to the fenced backyard. Backyard has grass and a large shade tree also.

Stress Free We have tried to supply you with everything that you will need to have a memorable and stress-free vacation. The Living Room has an enjoyable fireplace for that relaxing evening you would like to have away from the casinos while you are enjoying the view of the lights of the city. There is nothing like having a glass of wine or your favorite beverage in the living room with its vaulted cedar-wood ceiling and the atmosphere of the fireplace with the front curtains open, viewing the breath taking sunsets and watching the beautiful lights of the strip and city come to life.
