'The Frontporch' is a charming fully equipped cottage home located in a quiet Rockport setting. It has ocean views from almost every room and water access to the rocky shore for swimming, fishing or kayaking. Its large wrap-around porch overlooks the ocean, perenial gardens and surrounding woodlands - a real find for birdlovers, naturalists and artists. The house is fully carpeted and furnished with antiques. There is a sunroom and laundry room. It's a 5 minute walk to Old Garden Beach and a 20 min walk to the downtown art galleries, shops, restaurants and working harbor... as well as to the commuter rail station which provides easy access for a Boston trip.
