Spectacular ocean views in this 3BR/1BA home. A very short walk to two private beaches and just minutes to Sandhill Cove, Block Island Ferry, Scarborough Beach. Located in an extremely quiet and out of the way community near Pt Judith. Completely remodeled home with all new appliances and furniture, ceramic tile, washer & dryer, and AC. The interior is very airy and bright. All three bedrooms have ocean views and two of three bedrooms have their own entrances. A corner lot with large yard area, excellent parking, a grilling area and outside (hot/cold) shower as well as a beautiful patio area to enjoy the ocean views and sunsets. Storage shed for extra gear. We ask for No Pets and No Smoking please.

Located minutes from Pt Judith lighthouse with ease of access in and out of the beach area. Just minutes to: Fisherman's Wharf, Galilee, Sandhill Cove, Scarborough Beach (and 4 state beaches close by). Providence and Newport are approximately 20-30 minutes away. Some of the best Salt Water fishing and lobster in the Northeast. You can buy lobster right off the fishing boats. 5-10 minute drive to shopping area (Stop and Shop), Fun Center (go carts, etc.), cleaners, restaurants (Spain restaurant), and other shopping. Narragansett is a true beach town and there is plenty to do! Once you come you will return every year!
